In the event of any dispute arising out of this Policy, the same shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator, appointed jointly by both parties and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue and seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.
